Booth Ranches operates a commercial cattle herd in the foothills of Orange Cove. Selected as one of 30 producers who initially participated in Harris Ranches Partnership for Quality, Booth Ranches raises certified Angus beef. Calves are born in September/October, branded in January, weaned and then sold in June.
Buddy and Laurie raise border collies to help with gathering the cattle. A good dog replaces 2 good cowboys!!
